Secure Boot Shim & PXE Loader Package

This add-on extends DiskCryptor with modern UEFI boot capabilities, enabling operation on Secure Boot–enabled systems and in PXE-based network boot environments.

What’s Included

  • UEFI Secure Boot Shim
    Uses the Debian-signed shim to integrate with standard UEFI Secure Boot trust chains. A custom signing certificate for the DiskCryptor EFI loader must be enrolled once via MOK Manager before first boot.
  • PXE EFI Loader
    Enables network booting (PXE) for DiskCryptor and can be used in automated deployment, recovery, and diskless environments.

Platform Support

  • x64 (AMD64): Fully supported
  • ARM64: Work in progress
